Itinerary:
Day 1 – Delhi | Departure
Meet your expedition team in Delhi late evening and begin your journey to the Himalayas aboard a comfortable overnight Volvo coach to Shimla.
Day 2 – Shimla to Sangla / Chitkul
Arrive in Shimla and continue toward the breathtaking Sangla Valley or Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-China border. Surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery, enjoy a relaxed evening and a warm dinner.
Day 3 – Sangla / Chitkul to Kalpa
Travel deeper into Kinnaur to the beautiful village of Kalpa, offering mesmerizing views of the sacred Kinnaur Kailash range. Explore the monastery and enjoy stunning sunset views over the valley.
Day 4 – Kalpa to Nako
Journey toward the serene Himalayan village of Nako, stopping at Khab to witness the spectacular confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti rivers. Visit the tranquil Nako Lake and monastery.
Day 5 – Nako to Kaza
Drive into the heart of Spiti Valley and arrive in Kaza. En route explore the ancient Tabo Monastery and the dramatic cliff-side Dhankar Monastery.
Day 6 – Spiti Valley Exploration
Discover the iconic highlights of Spiti including Key Monastery, the engineering marvel Chicham Bridge, and the high-altitude villages of Hikkim, Komic, and Langza, known for their unique culture and spectacular landscapes.
Day 7 – Kaza to Kalpa

Day 8 – Kalpa to Shimla | Overnight to Delhi
Drive back to Shimla and board your overnight Volvo coach to Delhi.
Day 9 – Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi early morning, bringing your incredible Winter Spiti Expedition to a memorable close.
