Itinerary:
Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar | Houseboat Stay
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your traditional houseboat. After some rest, visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens — Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. In the evening, enjoy a serene 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake with views of the Pir Panjal ranges. Dinner and overnight stay in houseboat.
Day 2 – Srinagar to Gulmarg | Gondola Ride
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours). Enjoy panoramic Himalayan views en route. Experience the famous Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1), one of Asia’s highest cable cars. Spend leisure time exploring, trekking, pony riding to Khilanmarg, or café hopping. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 3 – Gulmarg to Pahalgam | Avantipur Ruins
Post breakfast, transfer to Pahalgam (approx. 4 hours). En route, visit the historic Avantipur Ruins. Upon arrival, check in and relax. You may enjoy rafting or angling in the Lidder River or explore the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4 – Pahalgam Sightseeing | Return to Srinagar
Visit the scenic Aru Valley, the picturesque Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (weather permitting). Later, drive back to Srinagar and check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5 – Excursion to Sonmarg
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Sonmarg. Enjoy views of the Sindh Valley and opt for a pony ride to the stunning Thajiwas Glacier (at own cost). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 6 – Departure
After breakfast, check out and depart from Srinagar with unforgettable memories of Kashmir.
